I had a remarkable 4-day pasta-making experience in a well-equipped kitchen with 3 other
participants. Our chef instructor was well-organized with fresh and good-quality ingredients
ready for use. At the end of the class, we were able to enjoy the fruits of our labour with a
glass of champagne. A truly unforgettable experience!

communicating with us throughout the process. Then on the scheduled day we were caught in bad
